Terms of Service

Effective September 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BlastCP, the posting-queue application and website at blastcp.com (the "Service"), operated by BlastCP ("we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service and, if you're under 18, you may only use it with a parent or guardian's consent. You're responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it, including activity from an AI agent you've connected (see "AI agents and MCP access" below).

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the posts, links, and other content you create or schedule ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You're responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to use, post, and upload it. Don't schedule content that infringes others' rights, is unlawful, or violates these Terms.

3. Connected publishing accounts: LinkedIn and Substack

Connecting LinkedIn or Substack lets BlastCP act on your behalf on that platform, within the limits described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for complying with LinkedIn's and Substack's own terms of service, and BlastCP is not responsible for how those platforms enforce their own policies against content you post or draft through us.

Connecting Substack requires giving us your own session cookie, which is equivalent to full access to your Substack account. You do this at your own discretion, and you may end it at any time by disconnecting in BlastCP or signing out of that session on Substack.

4. AI agents and MCP access

You may connect an AI client to BlastCP over MCP so it can act on your behalf. Any action that client takes while connected — drafting, scheduling, or, if your workspace allows it, publishing — is treated as an action you took, and you're responsible for it. Keep your agent's access credentials secure, and revoke them from your workspace settings if you believe they've been compromised.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.

7. Third-party sign-in

You may sign in using Google OAuth or an email magic link. When you use Google sign-in, you also agree to Google's own terms governing that authentication. We only receive the profile information Google provides (name, email, photo) to create and manage your account.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled and queued posts publish through automated jobs that run on a timer; we aim for accuracy but don't guarantee publication at an exact time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause us or others harm or legal liability.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlastCP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
